The traditional-style lodging house Nafsika Villas provides
spacious Apartments, Maisonettes and Studios all with exquisite
views of Kerveli Bay, ensuring carefree and relaxing moments
during your stay. The tones of white and blue add a genuine
Aegean Sea character and the decorations, though simple, give
a sense of a warm, family residence.
The surrounding area maintains a natural feeling with no
particular interventions, and thus all constructions have
been made by stone and wood and are complete with wooden sitting
areas and wooden decorations weathered by the sea.

Studios
Our Samos studios are located on the first and the second
floor of Nafsika Villas, are about 30-40 sq.m. and are ideal
for 2-3 persons. All studios feature a bedroom, private bathroom,
an open plan sitting area with a sofa bed, fully equipped
kitchen and a dining area. There is a balcony where you can
relax and take in the marvellous sea views.
Apartments
All apartments are located on the ground floor and the first
floor and may accommodate up to 4 persons. They are ideal
for families or two couples as they are 50 sq. m., feature
two bedrooms, while all rooms provide views of the wonderful
Kerveli Bay and the private beach of Nafsika Villas. Those
spacious Samos apartments include a private bathroom, an open
plan living area with a kitchen and a dining area. From one
of the bedrooms there is access to a private balcony with
majestic sea views, while at the outside of the living area
there is a traditional island-style veranda surrounded by
the garden and offering magnificent sea views.
Maisonettes
The maisonettes are located on the second floor of Nafsika
Villas and are 48 sq. m. They can host from 2 to 4 people,
which makes them ideal for a family with 2 kids. On the first
level of the maisonette is a bedroom with a balcony, a fully
equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom, while the
stairs lead to the attic. The attic features two single beds
and a balcony with unlimited views of the sea and the coast
of Turkey.
