Traditional
stone houses on a hillside, situated spectacular, direct above
the sea!
Dreamhouses, situated on the foot of the
famous mountain Taigetos, off the road, on the quiet periphery
of the village Kardamili. from here you have an unforgettable
view over the blue sea, the bay of Kardamili - unbelievable
harmonic is this resort.. it nestles seamless to the typical
maniotic environment. Stone and wood are the absolutly dominant
materials. With much love to the detail the Family Katsouleas
has built their own small paradise.
You can choose between 2 stone houses for
4-5 persons, built in different
levels, in a distance of only approx. 50 meters from the sea.
Each of it has its own unhindered view to the sea.

In the ground floor there is a spacious
living room with TV, a fireplace and a dining place, an integratedand
well equipped kitchen, a bed room (single beds) and a bath
room.
Following the stairs you find the first floor, where is another
spacious en-suite bed room (double bed) and wonderful balconies.
Both houses have big verandas and balconies in different levels.
Garden furniture. Washing machine. A/C in
the bed rooms. In case of need you can get one more bed for
a 6th person.
There are several nice beaches in the near
of (for example):
- Ritsa-Beach at approx. 600 m
- Kalamitsi-Beach at approx. 800 m
In the villages of the environment (the next
one is in a adistance of only a few hundred meters) you find
tavernas, restaurants and super markets.
