The facility is surrounded by pine trees. Nice pool with
separated children pool. Pool bar with snacks and refreshings,
sunloungers, sunshades. Beside you find a roofed big lounge
with cushioned corner benches and garden furniture. In house
C there is a small taverna (Thomaso cooks himself) with
integrated friendly equipped lounge with fireplace and TV.
Here is also the reception. The friendly and helpful
owner lives in the first floor and speaks english.

The 6 holidayflats for 2-4 persons
are in house A (typ A 8-10) and in house D (typ D
6, 23, 26). Each of it disposes of 1 bedroom and living/dining/kitchen,
are equipped like the studios, but with 2 rooms (1x
double, 1x 2 single beds). In one of the rooms the
kitchen is integrated. Shower/wc.
The 2 holidayflats for 4-6 persons
with 2 bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen are in the
roof floor of house A and in the ground floor of house
D.
Typ A 11: Roof floor holidayflat
in house A with approx. 75 sqm living area and roofed
balcony with garden furniture and phantastic seaview
over the bay up to Limenaria. All of the rooms have
wooden panels. The living room has an inclined roof,
a height of approx. 1,75m and has 2 steps. Here you
find a couch, a single or a big double bed - what
ever you will need. Additional bed for a child is
available. Small integrated kitchenette with 2-placed
e-cooker, refrigerator, sink, cupboards for dishes.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds, cupboard, night table,
reading lamps. 1 bedroom with big double bed. Shower/wc.
Typ D 7: Gound floor holidayflat
with approx. 50 sqm living area, roofed balcony with
garden furniture, with 2 bedrooms (1x double, 1x 2
single beds), living-/diningroom with 2 possibilities
for sleeping, integrated and completely equipped kitchen
as described before. Shower/wc.
Cleaning and linen several times
a week.
All of the units have aircondition.

All of the studios have approx. 25 sqm for
2 persons, balcony and garden furniture. The houses A and
B have really nice seaview, house C has also seaview. House
D has no seaview.
Tiled floors. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, night table, reading
lamps, cupboard, mirror commode, integrated kitchenette with
2-placed e-cooker, refrigerator,, sink, cupboards for dishes,
shower/wc.
The facility disposes of the following types
of studios:
- At house A typ 1-5,
- at house B typ 12-21.
- In house B there are 2 side by side situated
studios ( typ B 16 + 17) for alltogether 4–6 pers..
The studios are only rented together. Shared - not separated
- veranda (20 sqm) with garden furniture and seaview.
- 8 studios at house C (typ C 28-35) and
more studios at house D (typ D 22, 24, 25, 27).
