Pol-Mari is a new built apartment-flat , situated in the village of Roumeli , a small quiet village . It is stretched out in a fascinating hillside at an altitude of 60 m. In the village there are three taverns (the closest in a 50 meters distance) .The village has also a supermarket and a cafeteria. The beach is about a couple of kilometers away at the nearby village of Panormo where all the amenities can be found.

Entering the apartment there is a living sitting room connected to an open plan fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds sharing a bath/WC . From the apartment there is a captivating view, which can be enjoyed either though the big sitting room windows by the fireplace in winter or from the spacious balcony in summer.
