Kionia Apartments is a small complex of 6 apartments located
in the South Coast of Crete in the Perfecture of Rethymnon
next to the beach called "Podare" and the village
of Kerames.
The apartments overlook the Libyan sea just 3 km from Ammoudi
and 4 km from the Lake of Preveli where taverns and a mini
market can be found (for basic provisions). Spili is at the
distance of 20 km where banks, supermarkets and many other
amenities can be found.
Kionia apartments consists of :

a size of 20 sqm, suitable for up to 2
people, with 2 single beds and a kitchenette as well
as a shower /wc.

single beds in the bedroom, a bath/wc and a living dining
area with a sofa bed and a tv/set with a sat/tv, with a
fully equipped normal size open plan kitchen (fridge, freezer,
coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave).
- 2 two bedrooms
apartment, each with a size of 60 sqm, suitable for
up to 6 people, with one
bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single
beds, sharing a bath/wc and a living dining area with a
sofa bed and a tv/set with a sat/tv, with a fully equipped
normal size open plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, coffee machine,
toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave).
All of the studios and apartments are fully
airconditioned (local extra charge) and have large balconies,
each a 20 sqm balcony with beautiful views to the Libyan Sea
and the beach in front. Kionia apartments are ideal for people
who want to relax in a peaceful area with a beautiful quite
beach and enjoy the Cretan eneviroment.
