These well maintained, pleasantly sited spacious apartments
are right by the sandy beach at Stavromenos, set within large
grounds (6500 sqm), 11 km to the east of Rethymno. They are
recently built to a high standard with modern furniture and
fittings. They are ideal for families with children as the
beach area is not only alongside the property but is also

shower/wc and 2 balconies, most of them with sea views.
B1:
Three large apartments, of 45-50 sqm, for 3-5
people, as in type B, and with
three beds in the living room ,with Satellite TV, air-condition,safe,
hair drier
B2:
Seven large apartments, of 50-60 sqm, for 4-6 people, as in
type B, and with four beds in the living room , with Satellite
TV, air-condition,safe, hair drier C: One apartment of 80
sqm for 4-6 people,
with living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, two
bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower/wc and three balconies
with sea views and one large terrace of 70 sqm with Satellite
TV, air-condition,safe, hair drier
D: One
large apartment, of 100 sqm, on the first floor for 6-8
people, with three twin bedrooms.
It has a living room with sofa beds for 2 people, dining room
with kitchenette, shower/wc and bathroom/wc and 3 balconies,
two of which have sea views.
