apartments, each having two bedrooms, therfore 4 beds shower/WC,
large well-equipped kitchen and a 25 sqm veranda. There is
a very nice view and rich vegetation in the garden.
Cleaning 1-2 times a week.

ALMIROS BEACH is an extension of the Acharavi
beach to the eastside and more quiet with not so many Villas
- holidays apartments and Hotels as the Acharavi. At the middle
of Almiros beach and in about 500m. away are situated the
wonderful Villa Afroditi, the Tassos Studios and the Villa
Pantheo. There are three separate buildings which are approximately
50-80 m apart. A car parking place is available as is also
an area for children to play. The buildings are situated amongst
the luxurius greenery of orange and lemon trees. The elevated
positions offers wonderful views over the sea and the plain
of Almiros. The sea of Almiros is crystal clear, with a sandy
beach stretching for 10 Km.The accommodations are at a distance
of about 500 m. from the beach 100 m from Tavern and supermarket,
2 km from the center of Acharavi , 200 m from swimmingpool
and 100 m from bus stop. It also possible to let the Villas
for longer time during the winter months with of course special
prices. This is because the weather in Corfu is pleasant also
during the winter.
