Villa Ostria is a two apartment house in a 11000 sqm ground, 50 m from the sea in the quiet location of Lixouri, a city with 2000 inhabitants.

One of the apartments provide accommodation for 4-5 persons, while the other for 6-7. From the covered terraces you have a superb view over the nearby fields, the sea and the mountains on the opposite site of the Bay. The villa has been recently built and is well maintained. Different kind of trees are all around among them many olive trees. Under a tent there is a big table for dining.

The region Lixouri is the capital of the province of Palli, at the southern side of the island of Cephallonia, situated opposite Argostoli, the capital of the island, in one of the greatest bays of the mediteranean.
The two cities are joined by a ferry boat (25 min distance). In the gulf you are able to do a lot of seasports. The mainland of the providence of Palli has great natural variety. Beautiful beaches are abundant. All kind of facilities are available in Lixouri and surrounding areas including restaurants, bars, shops, car and bicycle renting.
