Villa Eleni is a reconstructed and modernized traditional Cefalonian family house, with a large pine-grove garden, pergola-covered courtyard, and extensive sitting-out terrace which commands panoramic views of endless rolling green hills, the adjacent islands of Lefkas, Ithaca and the sea.

The house has recently been completely rewired, replumbed, and partially refurnished. Accommodation comprises (normal complement up to six people) with divan accommodation for up to two more in the large living room occupying the entire ground floor. There are two hot showers, two toilets, refrigerator, and a simple but well equipped kitchen.
