An ideal retreat for those searching for peaceful holidays! A two building complex with a separate reception room built in a quiet place 300mtrs away from the sandy beach "Ammes" of Svoronata village and 9 kin south of Argostoli, the capital of the island. In a distance of one to five kilometers there are 4 more beautiful sandy beaches. Additionally the bay of "Agia Pelagia" (one km away) provides a safe anchorage for yachts and fishing boats.

There are Maisonettes, Typ A up to 4 persons and Apartments, Typ B up to 2 persons. All of it have a private entrance and air condition.

Typ A  disposes of 2 bed rooms, shower/wc and a living room with a full equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven etc)., TV, safe box and large verandas overlooking the colorful garden.
Typ B disposes of 1 bed room, other facilities like above. Instead of a veranda Typ B has a pavillion in the garden.

Fax service at the reception room.

The complex is built in a 4000m2 colorful garden with local and tropical plans and birds. Private shady parking, children's playground, barbeque and
showers of hot/cold water are available in the garden.
Also 3 mini-markets and 8 tavern restaurants are in our vicinity.
All the area is offered for sports and hobbies, such as walking, running,
cycling, beach volley, windsurfing, fishing and diving.
