2 Studios for young people in an apartment house, very near to the sandy beach. Modern furnished studios each up to max. 4 Persons. TV (no Sat), 1 double bed plus 1 big sofa bed, kitchen with 2-places-e-cooker, fridge. Shower/WC, Balcony.

The distance to the heart of the village N.Iraklitsa with its many tavernas and bars is only approx. 2 km, to the next village Palio approx. 3 km, to the well known Beach-Disco Batis approx. 4-5 km.
There is a bus station in the near of the apartments. The bus to Kavala goes most of the time every 30 minutes.
