Situated / facility: situated heightened with panoramic view over the Karfas bay. Approx. 400m distance to the next location with tavernas, cafés and the sandy beach of Karfas. On the back of the house is a small and nicely garden, ideal for having rest or bathing in the sun. The nice owner has arranged a bar with patio on the end of the building. You can also have your breakfast there. Twice a day he provides a transfer to Karfas beach. The facility has 29 units. |

| Studios: The studios are for 2 persons and have 1 living/bedroom with 3 single beds, kitchenette with place for dinner, telephone, shower/wc, balcony or patio with panoramic view over the location and the sea. Because of the size this studios are for only 2 persones, perhaps with a child. Ap.: The apartments are for 2 unto 4 persons with child. They are furnitured like the studios, but have one more bedroom. You can rent the following types of studios/apartments: A: on groundfloor with view to the mountain, without patio. B: on first floor, big balcony, with view to the mountain C: on first floor, big balcony, with view to the sea optional also on groundfloor, bigger rooms, big patio with view to the sea. Fresh linen + towels 1 x weekly.
